In compliance of the Order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 23/03/2012 passed in I.A No. 16/2012 in Civil Appeal No. 1944 of 1993 – Anand S.Biji Vs State of Kerala & Others and in order to comply with the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India dated 09/5/2017 passed in Writ Petition© No.267 of 2017 –Dar-Us-Slam Educational Trust & Ors Vs MCI & Ors. Directorate General of health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has been entrusted with the responsibility to hold on-line counseling for 50% All India Quota Post-Graduate Medical and Dental seats and also as per the notification issued by the MCI for common counseling
Candidates who have cleared the examination and have been included in the 50% AIQ merit list could register for the first round of NEET PG 2020 counselling using the link given below. The counselling of NEET PG 2020 is being conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) on behalf of the Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. Candidates must note that it is mandatory to clear NEET PG 2020 to participate in the counselling process. NEET PG 2020 counselling will have two rounds, seats left vacant after the first round of counselling will be filled in the second round. A third-round will be conducted only if any seats are left vacant after the conclusion of the second round.

To participate in the counselling of NEET PG 2020 a candidate must score more than or equal to the qualifying cutoffs released by MCC. The qualifying cutoff for this year will be released along with the result of NEET PG 2020. Candidates can refer to the table below to the cutoff trends for the past years.
Candidates who wish to participate in the counselling of NEET PG 2020 need to register on the official website of NBE. The registration process will start from March 12. Candidates who register themselves for the first round of NEET PG counselling to not need register for the second round. Steps to register have been listed below:

Candidates now have to choose the desired course and colleges from the list given on MCC. A candidate can choose as many options as he/she wants. The options will be given on the left side of the screen and will move to the right side of the page once chosen. Options can be added or deleted from the list.
Candidates are advised to check the choices filled before submitting them. Also, they must keep a copy of the choices filled for future use.
NBE will release the result of NEET PG counselling 2020 in the form a seat allotment list. Seats will be allocated on the basis of the options filled by the candidates and their all India ranks.
NEET PG seat allotment list will be uploaded on the official website of MCC in a PDF format. Candidates who make it to the list will be able to download their seat allotment letter by logging into the registered account on the official website.
Candidates who been allocated a seat in the counselling of NEET PG 2020 are required to report to the allocated institute. They must carry all their certificates in original along with a self-attested copy. List of documents that a candidate must carry to the allocated institute is given below.
Candidates must note that it is mandatory for them to be present physically for verification of documents and confirmation of the allocated seat. If he/she fails to report to the allocated institute, his/her candidature will be forfeited.
